Where are the expiration dates for your products at?

Each bottle of Nutra Performance supplements usually has the expiration date on the bottom. This is printed in either black or yellow ink or can also be found on a white stuck label.

 

What if I didn’t receive my product, what should I do?

If you ordered your product on the website, then go to our contact us page and let a customer service representative know. If you ordered on another channel like Amazon, then contact them through your account.

 

Where do your products ship from?

Most products ship from Amazon warehouses. We do this because they have warehouse all over the country and by storing our products there, we can ensure that we are shipping products out as close to you as we can.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

This process can vary depending on things like weather, holidays, and product stock. Most orders however are fulfilled within 24 hours and are usually at your door within 7-10 days if not sooner.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in Canada in a GMP certified facility.

 

Do you offer any help with taking the products?

We are here to offer any help on any of our products. We have trainers on staff that are trained in our products, diets, exercises, and more so that you can get the most out of each one of our products.

 

If I feel dizzy after taking a fat burner supplement or a pre-workout supplement, what should I do?
